Collaboration, Astrobiology Seminars, Consulting, and Outreach Events

Throughout my career, I have incorporated planetary exploration, laboratory analysis, and fieldwork together to build research projects to understand life and habitability here on Earth in extreme environments related to Mars and Europa.

Throughout these endeavors, I've had the opportunity to showcase my work via seminars, public talks, and outreach at universities and community events.

Please contact me if you would like to request a seminar or lecture.

BBC Interview: "The underground lab unlocking the Universe" (2024)

Tucked away in the North East of England is ICL Boulby Mine, a working polyhalite and salt mine and the second deepest in Europe.

Over 1km below the surface, in a small corner of the giant mine's network of tunnels is a unique laboratory that could hold the answer to one of the biggest mysteries of the Universe
